- Technical committee to help the country select sites for adaptation to COVID-19 treatment centres, e.g. the Government Civic Center (GCC), evaluated by the committee early April 2020.

Advocacy initiatives include:
- Lobby for architects and architectural firms to have access to Canada’s Economic Response Plan funding

- Inciting members to rally on advocacy efforts by writing to local MPs

“E-State of Architecture” programme (22-23 and 30 May 2021) was developed by CAT:
- to address the reality of the Covid-19 crisis;
- to reveal the effects of the pandemic period on architectural practice and different areas of the profession;
- to discuss these effects with different actors of the profession;
- to think together about ‘what kind of future awaits us’ after the pandemic .
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the 47th Term Ordinary General Assembly of the Chamber of Architects of TMMOB was convened under these extraordinary and difficult conditions. – 18-19 September 2020
